	Blaise Barrelet – Founder and Original Investor As the co-founder, President, CEO and Chairman of Anametrix, Inc., Blaise has over 25 years of experience focused on building high-tech companies. He has an active role in Anametrix’ business development and strategizing the company’s product offering to the marketplace on a global scale. A serial entrepreneur, Blaise previously founded several high-tech companies including WebSideStory, the Web analytics industry’s most prominent pioneer with the famous Hitbox and later the HBX product line. WebSideStory went public in 2004 and after merging with Omniture in 2007 was acquired by Adobe Software for $1.8B in 2009. A forward-thinker in the areas of Internet Web analytics, Blaise has a strong passion for developing leading solutions that make organizations more effective in analyzing their businesses in real-time and quickly improving their bottom line. Blaise currently serves as Anametrix’ Chairman of the Board.
	Laurent Asscher – Personal Investor Currently serving on the Board of Directors of several technology companies including Ixia (Nasdaq XXIA) and Orolia (Nyse Euronext: ALORO), Laurent Asscher is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of Airtek Capital Group, a private equity investment firm based in Brussels, Belgium. Previously, he served as General Manager of Apollo Invest, a private equity investment firm based in Paris, France. Laurent Asscher currently sits on Anametrix’ Board of Directors and will introduce Anametrix to many European Fortune-like companies.
	Walter G. Kortschak – Personal Investor Walter G. Kortschak is a Silicon Valley venture capitalist who now invests privately in early and growth stage technology-enabled companies with innovative business models to penetrate large markets and reorder the competitive landscape. He is also a senior advisor and former managing partner of Summit Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm that invests in profitable growth companies. Prior to Summit, Mr. Kortschak was a Vice President at Crosspoint Venture Partners. He is also a past director of the National Venture Capital Association. Walter has consistently appeared on Forbes Magazine’s Midas List of the Top 100 venture capitalists. Over an investing career spanning 25 years, Mr. Kortschak has served as a director of over 40 companies, including 20 public companies. He was the initial investor in McAfee, Inc., an anti-virus and network security firm, and he has also invested in several other industry defining firms including E-TEK Dynamics, HMT Technology, Diamond Multimedia Systems, Finisar, and Xylan. Notably, Mr. Kortschak lead Summit’s $30 Million equity investment in WebSideStory, also founded by Anametrix’ Blaise Barrelet. Mr. Kortschak currently sits on Anametrix’ Board of Directors.
	Alain Schreiber, M.D. – Personal Investor  A healthcare industry expert whose experience spans start-ups to multinational companies, Dr. Alain Schreiber is currently a Managing Partner at ProQuest Investments, a leading healthcare venture firm. Previously, he was President, Director, and CEO of Vical (NASDAQ: VICL) and filled many roles, including Senior Vice President of Research at Rhône-Poulenc Rorer (now Sanofi-Aventis). Dr. Schreiber currently serves on the Board of Directors of Aerovance, Aires Pharmaceuticals, Concentric Medical, Excaliard Pharmaceuticals, Tragara Pharmaceuticals and Telormedix. Prior Board of Director involvement includes ActivX Biosciences (sold to Kyorin), BioRexis Pharmaceutical Corp. (sold to Pfizer), Cabrellis Pharmaceuticals (sold to Pharmion/Celgene), Cadence Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: CADX), Conforma Therapeutics (sold to Biogen Idec), LEAD Therapeutics (sold to Biomarin), Optimer Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: OPTR) and Somalogic. Dr. Schreiber received a B.S. in chemistry, summa cum laude, and an M.D., summa cum laude, from the Free University in Brussels, Belgium. Subsequently, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel. Dr. Schreiber currently sits on Anametrix’ Board of Directors.
